Laura O'Mahony is a stand up comedian, actor and member of Cccahoots comedy sketch troupe. Laura reached the semi finals of the prestigious industry competition, So You Think You’re Funny, at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2013 and subsequently premiered her first solo stand up show Conor McGregor is My Patronus at the Cork Comedy Festival 2016.

She plays the recurring part of Gráinne in RTÉ favourite, the award-winning sitcom Bridget and Eamon. She also played the lead character Breige in RTÉ's The School. Other credits for RTÉ include (R)onansim, Comedy Bites, Sketch and The Republic of Telly. Laura is a core cast member at The Improvised Panto in the Cork Opera House and a frequent contributor to Mario's Sunday Roast on Today FM. She will shortly be seen in the brand new RTÉ Junior series, Body Brothers, which will be released in autumn 2019.
